Parks of The Woodlands: Pachyderm Park

Do you love elephants? And a giant alphabet to hop from one letter to the next?

Well, then, Pachyderm Park in Cochran's Crossing (The Woodlands, TX) is the park for you!

The substrate for this playground is arborist wood chips. It is surrounded by a beautifully maintained neighborhood. Running beside the playground is a big grassy area that probably fills with water when it rains. It has some wild flowers and is fun for exploring.

There are picnic tables, a small grill, a wooden bench, a field for running with a little hill, and two playgrounds. The big kid play ground is set up perfectly for an obstacle course and has 2 "big kid" belt swings. The little kid play ground has two slides, a beginner climbing wall, and some sliding balls and shapes to manipulate. It also has two "baby" bucket swings.

We're visiting this park today. This entry serves as a place holder. I will add photos when I get a chance.
