Something my friend and colleague said today really stuck with me.

"Sometimes we build beautiful bridges and as they become popular and vital, the trolls entrench themselves. We have to cross the gap. We have to build a new bridge. Our trolls begin to starve... They shrink. They send their offspring to find new bridges. We have in our organizations travelers, bridge builders and trolls. Who are you?" Dr. Ancilleno Davis May 2, 2024

This hit me today. Wanted to share about this length of time with you, because this has been a substantial part of our family's lives.
